Michael Harrawood is our resident telephone campaign specialist. He also excels as a teacher, coach, leader, trainer and servant. A 23 year sales veteran of the homebuilding industry, Michael has coached, taught and trained many contractors, homeowners and employees on product features and benefits. Showing customers that they matter by listening and following up are Michael’s biggest strengths. He is not afraid to pick up the phone or drop by to see a client or meet a potential client. Michael added another dimension to his career in 2009 when he began helping his wife with her virtual assistant business. Michael’s strengths have been a natural fit for those clients who struggle with making time for follow up, who want to learn how to set themselves apart from their competition, who wonder why follow up is so vital, and who want their customers to feel appreciated or need to work through their current business strategy. Known for having a heart for people and being a great listener, Michael brings peace of mind to those entrepreneurs struggling with all the why’s and how’s of sales, customer service, and follow up.
Lara Nieberding currently serves on the Board of Directors of IVAA, the International Virtual Assistant Association. Lara attended University of Maryland, Baltimore County where she studied Visual Arts and earned a Bachelor’s degree. She received her Social Media Support Specialist, Blog Marketing, Keyword Research and Internet Marketing certifications from VA Classroom. Lara is our resident research data digger! Whether we are conducting media searches to gathering key pieces of data for our clients, Lara excels at bringing that information to executable deliverables.
Yvonne McCoy is our desktop publishing specialist. Her services range from creating and designing flyers, logos print ready and electronic marketing materials, post cards and other related graphics for our clients. Yvonne has over 20 years experience and has held a number of administrative positions ranging from management support roles, to a top level executive assistant. She has worked in a variety of industries in her native England, and now resides in the state of Wisconsin.
Cindy Schroeder is our bookkeeping specialist. Cindy works with our clients by providing them with top level bookeeping support. Cindy brings with her ten years experience in a variety of corporate accounting environments. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy. Cindy is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Michaelle Dvornik is our transcription specialist. She brings TWO DECADES of business and transcription experience to her clients and Virtual Business Partners. Michaelle provides her services to many industries including legal, medical, sales reps, entrepreneurs, writers, students, consultants, and more.

Andrea Walsh is our Financial Planning Assistant. She has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services including; Financial Advisor assistance, Operations, Accounting, Cash Management and Administration. Andrea has worked within the top 10 Broker Dealers in a wide variety of positions and has expertise in multiple financial instruments. She can assist a Financial Advisor in building and securing his client base by freeing up his/her time to concentrate on what matters most, the client.
Mimi Klosterman is our multimedia specialist. She is a certified Virtual Event Specialist and a Product Launch Specialist. The main tools in her toolbox is GoToWebinar and Camtasia. Besides specializing in webinars, teleseminars, audio and video editing, her other technical skills include 1ShoppingCart, newsletters/ezines, and website maintenance (WordPress and HTML). Fun fact: Youtube is second to Google in search!
