Meet Judy!
Judy established her virtual business in 2004 after a twenty-eight year career at a major Philadelphia utility company. In her first twenty-one years as an employee, she gained valuable experience in various roles which have formed the basis of the skills she can offer her clientele. She worked as a Customers Service Representative for seven years, followed by three years as an Employee Activities Representative, handling corporate travel, association memberships and chaperoning company sponsored leisure travel, in addition to varied clerical functions. Her assignment to support a departmental database tool spawned her interest in computer programming. This lead to the next eleven years working as a programmer/analyst on a mainframe system, until her job was out sourced in 1994. She returned to the company in 1996 as a consultant programmer/analyst and completed that assignment in February 2004. More about Judy can be found on her web site at www.judysvirtualofficesolutions.com.
Meet Cynthia!
With over 10 years of experience and a vast array of service offerings, Cynthia is an independent contractor, with a desire to partner with small business owners and entrepreneurs by taking a genuine interest in their business and providing them with quality assistance on an “as-needed” basis – which is a perfect complement for the business that does not need an in-house employee. As a virtual assistant, she is dedicated to those business owners seeking assistance for the long-term and for special project needs that may arise over the course of their partnership. Virtual Assistance, or assistance from a distance, as she likes to call it, is a viable alternative to hiring an employee, saving you a bundle in annual administrative overhead costs, i.e. payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, employee benefits, office equipment and all the little nuances that accompany the hiring of in-house staff.
Cynthia’s services include appointment setting, follow-up calls, sales and marketing calls just to name a few. More information about Cynthia can be found at her web site at www.cynthiasvirtualsolutions.com.
